The first thing you need is a username. This can be pretty much anything that you like (as long as it's not already been taken), but we reserve the right to suspend any accounts with offensive names)

We need your email address as well - see the notes to the right for the full story. You'll need to use a real email address, as we send you an email before your account is activated

One last thing - just to cover ourselves, we'll need you to agree to the house rules. Don't worry - it's all common sense stuff, really. Here's the summary:

You agree that you:

• won't post anything offensive (ie porn, hate, illegal)
• won't use the system for any illegal/dodgy purposes (ie no stalking)
• won't abuse the system (ie try to break into other users accounts etc)
• won't hold us responsible for anything untoward that happens due to your use of the system
• will play nice with the other users

There's also a privacy policy that you'll need to check out (click to open in new window) - basically, we'll store your email address, but won't share it with anyone. We might send you the odd email or two, but you can always unsubscribe from those.
